9. Automated Test Rebooking and Fast Track

If you are a direct customer of FDTBooking and have used our fast-track service, our system may, upon a failed test attempt, use your licence details to automatically reserve another test appointment via DVSA. We will only process payment if you agree to the new date. You may cancel our reserved appointment if you book elsewhere.

To opt out of this automated service, email us at info@fdtbooking.co.uk. We will then delete your licence details from our system and cease any future bookings.


10. International Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the UK. If in future such transfers become necessary, we will ensure they are compliant with UK data protection law and protected by appropriate safeguards.
